Head of Human Resources, Asia - Pacific

We are looking for an experienced HR leader for our client as the Head of HR, Asia-Pacific. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives across several countries.

You will partner closely with regional leadership to foster a positive and engaging work environment while also driving innovation and efficiency in our HR operations.

As the Head of HR, APAC, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Objectives:

• Strategic HR Leadership: Define and execute the APAC regional HR strategies and manage HR Business Partners.
• Policy and Program Development: Design, implement, and oversee HR policies, including compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Business Partnering: Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to the APAC stakeholders and team members, providing consultative advice, coaching, and support.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage and develop a compact team for HR members across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving change management initiatives.
