As the Head of HR, APAC, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Objectives:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Define and execute the APAC regional HR strategies and manage HR Business Partners.
- Policy and Program Development: Design, implement, and oversee HR policies, including compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Business Partnering: Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to the APAC stakeholders and team members, providing consultative advice, coaching, and support.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and develop a compact team for HR members across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving change management initiatives.
