Overview
Join our team as a Production Associate and gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. You'll be cross-trained in various positions, allowing you to learn more and increase your earning potential. The position offers opportunities for overtime and weekend work, enhancing your skills and experience.
Shift

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM (possible mandatory weekend OT)

Responsibilities

• Truck Washing: Enter and exit truck beds to clean vehicles thoroughly.
• Wiring: Apply wire tape along vehicle exteriors.
• Bridging: Place masking tape along vehicle surfaces.
• Detailing: Clean and prep vehicles for delivery.
• Rotate through various roles to build comprehensive experience across operations.

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Valid Missouri driver's license (required for 2nd & 3rd shifts).
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and move in and out of vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a physically active role.
• Comfortable with repetitive movements throughout the day.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Comfortable moving in and out of vehicles multiple times per shift.
• Able to handle a physically active role throughout the day.
