Business Support Officer
Location: Cape Lambert (Residential in Pt Samson, Wickham or Roebourne)
Roster: 5:2 then 4:3 RDO | Day Shift
Rate: $38 - $42 per hour flat rate + super
Hours: 6:00am–4:00pm
Assignment Length: 6 months

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Officer to provide essential administrative support across daily site activities, helping to keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, technical, coaching and mentoring support to operations.
- Utilise SAP to raise purchase requisitions, manage invoices, and maintain stock levels for PPE, PSGs, crib consumables and stationery
- Coordinate onsite catering and manage FIFO lunch order processes
- Assist with site projects, initiatives and events
- Coordinate the collection and servicing of Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs)
- Process and manage gate cards, IVMS, fuel keys, cab charges, MSIC cards, contractor recognition vouchers and travel bookings using relevant systems
- Manage and distribute daily site communications
- Respond to customer enquiries via the Zoho Desk platform
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Consistently apply HSEC systems, processes and procedures
- Raise maintenance notifications e.g. for light vehicles and infrastructure-related tasks
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience using SAP or similar systems (highly advantageous)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
