SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to lead a major digital transformation program that delivers meaningful outcomes for the community?

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large enterprise CRM implementation as part of a significant ICT transformation program. This is more than a traditional ICT delivery role. You will play a key role in delivering accessible, user focused digital solutions that improve services and customer outcomes.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, leading planning, delivery, governance, vendor management and stakeholder engagement across a complex ICT environment.

Success in this role will come from balancing strong project governance with collaborative leadership while ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope and designed with accessibility and end users at the centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead delivery of a large scale ICT transformation program
• Manage project planning, governance, risks, budgets and reporting
• Oversee implementation partners and third party vendors
• Drive stakeholder engagement across government and external organisations
• Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards and user centred design principles
• Support transition into business as usual operations
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across a complex delivery environment

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will bring:

• Extensive experience delivering complex ICT projects within large organisations
• Strong vendor and contract management experience
• Proven success leading enterprise system implementations
• Experience working within PRINCE2, Agile or blended delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex change initiatives

Highly regarded:

• Government project delivery experience
• Business transformation or digital reform programs
• Experience delivering CRM or customer focused digital platforms
• Knowledge of SAFe delivery practices
