About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT / Cyber Business Analyst to join a large-scale Cyber Security Uplift Program within a complex enterprise environment.

You will play a key role supporting multiple cyber streams, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver critical security initiatives that strengthen organisational resilience.

Program Streams

You will contribute across several key workstreams, including:

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Network Segmentation
  • Data Remediation
  • Security Hardening
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across cyber initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams
  • Translate complex cyber concepts into clear, structured deliverables
  • Develop BRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
  • Conduct current vs future state analysis and support roadmap delivery
  • Assist in the implementation of controls across IAM, network security, and data protection initiatives
  • Support testing, change management, and stakeholder engagement

About You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT and/or Cyber Security programs
  • Exposure to one or more of the following: IAM, network security, data protection, or GRC
  • Experience working on cyber uplift, transformation, or regulatory programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and business audiences
  • Solid documentation capability across Agile and/or Waterfall environments
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or Essential Eight is highly regarded
