Injection Mold Machine Operator

A plastics manufacturer in Erie, PA is currently hiring Plastics Machine Operators on all shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines

• Assemble plastic components according to work instructions

• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality

• Trim, package, and label finished plastic components

• Follow work instructions and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates

• Experience in plastics manufacturing is a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Must have steel toe boots

• Must complete a background check

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate: $14.00-$17.00/hr depending on shift and role 

• All Shifts available

• Opportunity for advancement with increased pay
