About the role
You will coordinate warranty activities from intake through to completion, acting as the central point between customers, technicians and internal teams. The focus is on maintaining momentum, ensuring accuracy, and keeping communication tight so nothing stalls.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate warranty requests and ensure timely acknowledgement and action
- Manage communication across customers, field teams and internal stakeholders
- Schedule inspections, repairs and technician visits
- Maintain accurate systems, documentation and workflow tracking
- Actively follow up outstanding actions to keep cases progressing
- Support reporting and maintain visibility of the warranty pipeline
About you
- You’ve worked in a warranty coordination or claims processing environment and understand how to manage volume without losing detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage different stakeholders confidently
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities and working both autonomously and as part of a team
- Highly organised with a focus on accuracy, follow-through and accountability
- Confident working across systems such as MS Office and CRM platforms
Exposure to industries such as residential construction, manufacturing, insurance or similar will put you ahead. A practical understanding of warranty and service processes is important.
