An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a high-performing People & Talent team in a part-time job share capacity. Supporting a group of senior leaders, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and coordination support.
Working Pattern
- 3 days per week
- Must work Monday, Tuesday and Friday
- Monday is the designated team collaboration day and office-based
- Flexibility to work from home on one of the remaining two days
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to five General Managers, including complex diary management, meeting coordination and stakeholder liaison
- Coordinate meetings and team events including venue bookings, catering and logistics for large-scale sessions
- Manage travel arrangements and end-to-end expense administration for senior leaders through external travel providers
- Process invoices, purchase orders and financial administration activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation
- Maintain reporting and tracking processes, including the allocation of costs and resources back to business units through MS Excel tracking system
- Build strong relationships across the business while proactively managing priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring the smooth operation of the People & Talent leadership team.
About You
- Seeking a genuine part-time opportunity and able to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months
- Previous experience as a Team focused PA or EA
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills with confidence working across reporting, financial administration and data tracking
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Professional, polished and confident representing a People & Talent function
- Team-oriented with a hands-on approach and strong ownership of tasks and outcomes.
