Apply directThis role serves as a legal business partner for investment-related functions, working under the supervision of a director with extensive experience in these areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing legal advice and support for investment and financial activities across the organization
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation related to investment activities, including securities, real estate, alternative investments, derivatives, and hedging transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation related to financial activities, such as cash management, reinsurance, and related transactions
- Supporting and participating in key initiatives at the local (Japan), regional (Asia), and global levels, particularly those related to investments and finance
- Coordinating and collaborating with U.S.-based legal teams and affiliated asset management companies in the U.S. and Japan
- Attending and contributing to meetings with investment, finance, and other business functions
The role involves frequent interaction with multiple lines of business, including Investment teams, to address legal issues and support ongoing activities. Given the company’s diversified investment strategies, the position requires handling a broad range of legal matters and applying practical legal judgment across multiple asset classes. The role also offers opportunities for global collaboration with teams and affiliates in different jurisdictions.
本ポジションは、投資分野に豊富な経験を持つディレクターのもとで、投資・財務関連部門の法務ビジネスパートナーとしての役割を担います。主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。
- 全社的な投資および財務活動に関する法的助言およびサポートの提供
- 有価証券、不動産、オルタナティブ投資、デリバティブおよびヘッジ取引等を含む投資関連取引に関する契約書の作成、レビューおよび交渉
- 資金管理、再保険取引その他の財務関連取引に関する契約書の作成、レビューおよび交渉
- 投資および財務に関連する、日本（ローカル）、アジア（リージョナル）、グローバルレベルでの重要な取り組みへの参画および支援
- 米国の法務チームおよび米国・日本の関連資産運用会社との連携・調整
- 投資部門、財務部門その他関連部門が主催する会議への参加および貢献
