Based in a new, modern office in Erskine Park, this role is ideal for candidates with experience in call centre, customer service, transport, or logistics environments who enjoy fast-paced, problem-solving work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with a focus on service excellence
- Coordinate delivery schedules and provide real-time shipment updates
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and transport operations
- Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues efficiently
- Monitor freight movements and ensure accurate communication with customers
- Maintain documentation and update internal systems
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience in customer service, call centre, logistics, or operations roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Logistics or transport industry experience (preferred but not essential)
- Reliable, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset
- Immediate start available
