About the Role
This is a newly created leadership opportunity for an experienced novated leasing professional ready to take the next step.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Client Relations, you'll spend approximately 75% of your time managing your own portfolio of novated leasing enquiries, while 25% is dedicated to leading and developing a team of four Novated Leasing Consultants and two Settlement Officers.

You'll remain hands-on, continue earning strong commissions, while building a high-performing team through coaching, accountability and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four consultants and two settlement officers

• Manage your own novated leasing pipeline from enquiry through to settlement

• Allocate inbound enquiries across the team based on workload and capacity

• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback

• Partner with senior leadership on reporting, training and continuous improvement

About You
You'll be an experienced novated leasing professional who enjoys helping others succeed just as much as achieving your own results.
You'll bring:

• Proven experience in novated leasing (essential)

• Leadership, mentoring or senior consulting experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive, solutions-focused mindset

• Confidence working in a target-driven sales environment

Experience with Catch-e or similar CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.
