About the Role
Reporting to the Brand, Marketing & People Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day marketing function while supporting exciting construction projects from tender through to completion.

About the Role
Reporting to the Brand, Marketing & People Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day marketing function while supporting exciting construction projects from tender through to completion.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the company's social media channels from planning through to content creation and reporting
- Creating and coordinating EDM campaigns through Mailchimp
- Maintaining and updating the company website via WordPress
- Producing marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe InDesign
- Supporting tender submissions, capability statements and business development initiatives
- Coordinating project photography, video content and case studies
- Organising company events, sponsorships and marketing campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to the leadership team
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing activities
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- 2 - 4 years' experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive
- Previous marketing experience within construction, property development, commercial real estate or residential property
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience using Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva and Adobe InDesign
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
