Job Title: Test Technician - QA

Overview:

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a safety-first mindset
  • Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence or Azure DevOps
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex testing or vehicle testing
  • Basic QA testing experience
  • Ability to problem-solve and perform well under pressure
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office/Google Suites
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Coding abilities in Python or other languages
  • Experience with issue reporting tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Knowledge of communication buses such as CAN, Ethernet, etc.
  • Scripting experience with high-level languages like Python

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant technical training or certifications in automotive, electrical, or computer systems preferred
  • Prior experience supporting vehicle operations and test processes

Other Requirements:

  • Onsite in Las Vegas with a schedule including weekends (Saturday - Wednesday or Thursday - Monday)
  • Shift hours: 3:30 PM – Midnight
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends as operational demands require
  • Commitment to safety, inclusivity, and open communication cultures
  • Willingness to support vehicle software and hardware testing, data analysis, and documentation
