Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 4-6 years of proven experience in Technical Program Management within hybrid hardware/software environments
• Expertise in managing large, complex cross-functional programs spanning hardware development, data infrastructure, and operational workflows
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and equivalent systems
• Working knowledge of data concepts including SQL, schema design, and ETL workflows (ability to understand and communicate, not necessarily code)
• Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing technical information into clear summaries for diverse audiences
• Track record of establishing structured cadences, escalation protocols, and accountability measures

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or automotive industries
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, or prognostic health management
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, or similar data/ML platforms
• Knowledge of field service management systems like SAP FSM
• Exposure to hardware reliability concepts such as FMEA, degradation modeling, and failure mode analysis
• Prior involvement in supporting documentation or technical publication workflows for operational teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or closely related disciplines
• 4-6 years of relevant TPM experience managing cross-disciplinary programs

• Location: Foster City, CA (onsite preference)
• Duration: 6+ months with ASAP start
• Travel: Not specified but may involve coordination with field teams
• W2 employment only; client billing rate: $110.40/hr
• Must be able to operate effectively in a regulated, high-complexity environment
