Restoration Technician - 1st Shift

Water Damage Restoration Technician Location: Grand Haven, MI Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour Job Summary Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on opportunity? We're seeking a Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team in Grand Haven, MI. In this role, you'll assist with restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water damage, mold, and other unexpected disasters. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, and working in a team environment. What You'll Be Doing As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, your core responsibilities will include: • Perform water damage cleanup and restoration services in residential and commercial properties. • Assist with mold remediation, structural cleaning, and restoration projects. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized restoration equipment safely and effectively. • Clean and restore carpets and other affected materials. • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project. • Work alongside team members to complete restoration projects efficiently while meeting quality standards. In addition, you'll be expected to adapt to different job sites, follow safety procedures, and communicate professionally with team members and customers. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications: • Previous experience in water damage restoration or a related field is preferred. • Knowledge of water damage restoration and mold remediation techniques is beneficial. • Experience using hand tools and power tools. • Ability to work in various residential and commercial environments. • Willingness to perform hands-on, physically demanding work.
