What You Will Be Doing
Enterprise Architecture Leadership Shape and govern the architectural direction across Adica’s core insurance platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, regulatory expectations, and modern engineering practices.
Guidewire & Insurance Suite Ownership Act as the senior authority for Guidewire implementation and optimisation, providing architectural oversight across Policy, Billing, Claims, and associated integration layers. Where relevant, guide the adoption of similar enterprise insurance platforms.
Regulatory & Industry Engagement Partner with regulators, industry bodies, and internal risk teams to ensure compliance, uplift governance frameworks, and influence industry‑wide standards.
Cloud & Modern Engineering Enablement Drive the adoption of cloud‑native patterns, microservices, API‑led architectures, and modern development practices across engineering teams.
Strategic Delivery Leadership Provide architectural direction across major programs of work, ensuring delivery teams are set up for success and aligned to long‑term platform sustainability.
Data & Identity Platform Integration Architect and guide the integration of enterprise data platforms (including Microsoft Fabric) and identity ecosystems (Entra, OKTA/Auth0) into the broader technology landscape.
Executive Stakeholder Influence Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping technology strategy, influencing investment decisions, and navigating complex delivery and compliance challenges.
What They Are Looking For
Architecture & Technology Leadership Minimum 15 years in senior technology roles, with deep experience across enterprise architecture, solution design, and large‑scale program delivery.
Financial Services Expertise Extensive experience within major FS organisations, with a strong understanding of regulatory, security, and governance frameworks.
Guidewire Mastery Hands‑on experience implementing and architecting Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Experience with similar platforms (e.g., Duck Creek, Sapiens, EIS) is highly valued.
