Client Details
An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected law firm with a strong corporate practice. They are currently seeking a Paralegal to support a broad range of corporate transactions.
Description
- Assist with reviewing, drafting, and preparing legal documents for capital markets transactions (IPOs, bonds), listing compliance, and general corporate matters.
- Conduct in-depth company and legal research to support ongoing deals.
- Prepare due diligence reports and verification notes, providing essential support throughout IPO processes.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders as needed. Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Profile
- Degree in Law would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experiences as a Corporate (IPO) Paralegal
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential, as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
