My client is one of Hong Kong's leading construction and engineering groups, delivering major infrastructure, civil engineering, and building projects across the region. They are looking for a Business Analyst to take on an Assistant Digital Transformation Manager role. This position is ideal for someone with exposure to AI-driven initiatives, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams. Industry background is open; we're seeking a sharp, adaptable professional who can understand business needs, drive solution delivery, and work effectively with application teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support and deliver digital transformation initiatives across technologies such as ERP, AI/GenAI, Cloud, IoT, Data Analytics, Mobile Applications, and Digital Platforms.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
  • Evaluate existing and proposed solutions, identifying business impacts, risks, opportunities, and benefits.
  • Analyze and model business processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead reviews of project delivery and business processes, driving continuous improvement through digital ways of working.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and adoption.
  • Support application delivery by managing priorities, resources, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
  • Exposure to digital technologies such as AI/GenAI, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), ERP systems (D365, SAP), IoT, Data Analytics, or Mobile Applications.
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or other modern delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven project management experience in digital or technology-driven initiatives.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
