Job Title: Senior FP&A Manager – Strategic Leader in Tech Innovation

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., Precanto, NetSuite)
• Strong understanding of SaaS or high-tech industry financial dynamics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Leadership skills with a track record of fostering high-performance teams (even in an individual contributor role)
• Deep familiarity with AI tools in financial modeling and analysis (Claude or equivalent)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with M&A activities and fundraising support
• Knowledge of additional AI-driven analytics tools and platforms
• Multilingual abilities or international market experience
• Prior experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field — MBA or CFA preferred
• 7+ years of relevant FP&A experience, specifically in high-growth SaaS or tech organizations

Other Requirements:

• Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area; this role requires presence on-site in Downtown San Jose on Monday through Wednesday
• Immediate availability preferred for a contract role starting 08/24, with potential for conversion
• Willingness to engage extensively with AI tools for modeling and analysis
• This position may involve limited travel and requires strong collaboration with executive leadership
