This position is heavily focused on workshop supply, ensuring technicians have the right parts available when they need them.
Working closely with the Service and Parts teams, you'll be responsible for accurately identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts to maximize workshop efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplying parts and accessories to workshop technicians
- Accurately identifying parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
- Interpreting repair orders and technician requirements
- Managing parts bookings against repair orders
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control procedures
- Processing parts returns and warranty-related parts activities
- Working collaboratively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team members
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Previous experience in an automotive Dealership parts environment
- Strong parts interpretation and cataloguing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy and experience with dealership systems
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry
