Leading global insurance group with strong APAC presence. Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across business-critical transformation initiatives.
Role Duties
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple squads
Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
Remove impediments and resolve blockers proactively
Manage cross-squad dependencies and Scrum of Scrums
Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement
Track and monitor release plans and roadmaps
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives
Ensure compliance with governance and standards
Role Requirements
5+ years hands-on Scrum Master experience
Deep understanding of Agile values and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong facilitation and coaching capabilities
Proficient in Jira and Confluence
Certified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM preferred)
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Financial Services or Insurance experience preferred
"Can-do" attitude in fast-paced, dynamic environments
