Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the HCM / SuccessFactors practice, driving business growth, managing P&L performance, and ensuring long-term profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of consultants, project managers, and solution specialists to deliver exceptional implementation and advisory services.
- Develop and execute the strategic direction, solution roadmap, and service portfolio for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and broader HR technology offerings.
- Partner with C-level executives and business leaders to understand HR transformation objectives and provide innovative, value-driven solutions.
- Drive pre-sales initiatives, including opportunity qualification, solution architecture, proposal preparation, and executive presentations.
- Ensure successful delivery of HCM and HR technology projects by maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with SAP and other ecosystem partners to expand capabilities and market reach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, service innovations, and growth areas within HR technology and digital HR transformation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or other HR technology solutions, with a strong understanding of HR digital transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple HR solution modules, ideally spanning both Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD).
- Solid experience in pre-sales activities, solution design, and end-to-end implementation of HR systems and technology projects.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing consulting teams, project managers, and/or project delivery organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior business and executive leaders.
- Experience working within consulting firms, system integrators (SI), or professional services organizations is highly preferred.
