Data Engineer (f/m/d)

We’re looking for our international Client for a (Senior) Data Engineer (all genders).In this role, you will be part of our clients Central European Tech Hub spearheads the digital evolution in the music industry, emphasizing lasting value creation, adaptability, and the importance of diversity in driving innovation.

YOUR ROLE:

• Drive development in the organizational maturity, department, and the Data Engineering team.
• Architect data systems for a global enterprise, ensuring scalability.
• Build data systems primarily using platforms like Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and Composer.
• Elevate operational standards, set benchmarks, and embed best practices.
• Be an integral part of our culture and community by disseminating your insights through training, workshops, and presentations.
• Engage actively in the Data Community of Practice and collaborate with international tech and business analysis teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through experience.
• With 5 years under your belt as a Data Engineer, you're proficient in Python and SQL.
• You have a deep understanding of data governance, warehousing, and processing.
• Familiarity with tech tools like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, BigQuery, and Composer is a must.
• Experience in a platform team and with e-Commerce/D2C, Online Marketing, or App Tracking data sets you apart.
• Recognized for being reliable and organized, you excel in managing stressful situations and maintain focus.
• Your strategic, analytical, and innovative mindset allows you to connect dots quickly.
• A proactive communicator and listener, you've been acknowledged for your change advocacy.
• Embodying creativity and innovative thinking, you're passionate about tech and thrive in collaborative coding environments.
• Adapting to dynamic settings and preferring teamwork over solo efforts, you excel in people skills and open communication.
• Fluent in English for both technical and business communication; knowledge of another major European language is a bonus.
