Production Technician - Weekend Shift

Job Title: Production Technician (Weekend Shift)
Location: Henrietta, NY

Summary: Nesco Resource is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the renewable energy industry to hire Production Techs as long term temps. This is a great opportunity for hands-on individuals looking to build their manufacturing skills and grow their careers in an innovative industry.

Shift:

• Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday (3 X 12), 5:30AM – 6:00 PM

Pay:

• $18.00 - $20.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)
  • + 12% Shift Diff.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Hand assemble a variety of sub-systems and components.
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
• Operate hand tools and power tools for assembly and validation work.
• Operate material handling equipment as required; training/certification provided.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during the manufacturing process.
• Follow all Environmental Health & Safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Complete manufacturing documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to work overtime and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Basic computer skills.
• Quality-focused and detail-oriented.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
