- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience using estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Quick Bid or similar platforms.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
- Commercial construction estimating experience is essential.
