THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or insights-focused roles.

Experience delivering analysis that influenced decisions and produced measurable business outcomes.

Exposure to fleet, logistics, transportation, supply chain, field operations, or similarly complex environments.

Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and visualization design.

Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, R, and large, complex datasets.

Strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, data storytelling, curiosity, and an interest in future leadership.
