VP of Treasury & Risk Management

• Develop and execute the company's treasury strategy, including liquidity, capital allocation, and financing initiatives.
• Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning to ensure sufficient funding for operations and strategic growth.
• Optimize working capital through effective management of cash, receivables, payables, and inventory-related funding requirements.
• Oversee domestic and international banking relationships and negotiate banking services, fees, and credit facilities.
• Manage debt portfolios, revolving credit facilities, letters of credit, and covenant compliance.
• Evaluate and execute financing transactions, including debt issuance, refinancing, and capital structure optimization.
• Lead short-term and long-range cash forecasting processes.
• Establish treasury policies, controls, and governance to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor and improve cash conversion cycle performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance liquidity, reduce borrowing costs, and maximize investment returns.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate strategic, financial, operational, regulatory, cybersecurity, and supply chain risks.
• Lead risk assessments and establish risk tolerances and mitigation plans.

• Provide regular risk reporting and insights to executive leadership and the Board.
• Partner with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to optimize coverage and manage total cost of risk.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or other advanced finance certification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, banking, or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of executive-level leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success managing liquidity, debt structures, cash forecasting, and capital markets activities.
