Job Requirements
- Support the implementation of personalized customer engagement journeys and digital marketing campaigns.
- Use customer data and insights to deliver targeted content and improve digital engagement.
- Help drive revenue growth and Net New Investment Assets (NNIA) through data-driven campaigns.
- Manage and update content across digital platforms to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Support content strategies that drive leads, client engagement, and transactions.
- Coordinate content distribution across channels such as mobile app, website, email, and social media.
- Track and report on campaign and content performance, including engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze data and customer trends to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Support marketing operations, including expense tracking and lead management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management with data analysis and tracking marketing KPIs, or a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
- Demonstrable experience with personalization strategies and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
