Building Auditor - Asset Validation & Condition Inspections

About the role.
As a Building Auditor, you will travel to a range of sites across the NSW, collecting data using tablets, 3D imaging cameras or smartphones, on the condition of various education or healthcare facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and record data on the type, location and condition of relevant mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures and building fabrics (cladding, walls, floor coverings, ceilings).
• Provide thorough and accurate data capture, ensuring data is upload as directed to minimise risk of data loss.
• Capture clear images of defects, hazards, assets, and apply correct condition rating.
• Actively engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.

Ideally you will have:

• Demonstrated experience with inspections/data capture projects across large commercial buildings or multisite projects.
• Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid Australian driver's license, and willingness to travel (Required).
• A current Employee Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People Check (Required).
• Exceptional level of attention to detail and proven ability to capture high quality data on a range of assets in a commercial environment.
• Proficient with the use and basic troubleshooting of smartphones, laptops, tablets and cameras.
• Professional demeanour and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Our client is an industry leading provider of asset data capture, asset management and building consultancy services, with a proven track record of excellence for over 20 years.
Due to an influx of new projects, we are seeking technical professionals with strong knowledge of building fabrics, mechanical/electrical building services, ESM, or demonstrated experience conducting asset data capture in commercial, industrial or healthcare facilities.
