Test Analyst
📍 Melbourne, VIC | Hybrid 4x in the office

We're seeking a Test Analyst to join a high-performing project team delivering quality outcomes across large-scale technology initiatives. This opportunity is open to Melbourne-based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects using Azure DevOps.
  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews, quality gate activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automation framework development.

About You:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in software testing (junior to intermediate level).
  • Experience with manual testing across the software development lifecycle.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • An understanding of test automation concepts is highly regarded.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen.
  • Baseline Security Clearance is preferred.
  • Must be willing to work from the Melbourne office at least 4 days per week (subject to project requirements).
