Position: Landscape Architect - Place Experience

Position: Landscape Architect - Place Experience

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development and delivery of small-scale place interventions, activations and placemaking initiatives across Council’s town centres.
- Shape and contribute to place-based strategies, policies and frameworks that guide improved place experience, activation and public realm enhancements;
- Facilitate and support business-led activations and local initiatives that increase visitation, dwell time and community connection within centres
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant post graduate professional experience in landscape architecture, placemaking, project management or urban design
- Strong understanding of placemaking principles, urban design and place activation within activity centres
