Site Manager - Contract | Fit out

Design and Build are currently seeking a Site Manager for a minimum 3 month month contract to join a national contractor for a $5 million medical project located south of the river in Perth.  

Contract due to start 1st week of October, opportunity  to extend with further projects in the pipeline. Opportunity to move onto a second project upon completion running for another 3 months. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities for commercial fit-out projects up to $4M
• Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure programme milestones are achieved
• Drive site safety and ensure full WHS compliance
• Maintain high-quality finishes in fast-paced fit-out programmes
• Manage site documentation, RFIs, and defect resolution via Procore
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial office fit-out projects
• Experience managing projects valued up to $4M
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience using Procore (essential)
• Experience working within live environments
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent understanding of programme management and sequencing in fit-out
• Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred
