Seeking BE/BC Otolaryngology Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Join a comprehensive general ENT practice with in-office procedures, routine surgery and head-and-neck care.
  • Opportunities are available to develop otology, rhinology and other subspecialty interests.
  • Advanced-practice support and a collaborative team model support patient care.
  • Current call rotation is approximately 1:4.
  • Employed role with full- and part-time options and opportunities for professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Published annual compensation range: $531,000-$689,520.
  • Relocation/sign-on bonus.
  • Seven weeks of vacation, sick and CME time, plus a $4,500 CME allowance.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.

  • H-1B and J-1 visa candidates accepted.
