You’ll work closely with senior leadership, influencing how the team communicates, executes, and scales. Your impact will be felt across coaching, process design, messaging, and the overall health of the SDR organisation.
What You’ll Do

Coach and develop SDRs to build confidence in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and pipeline creation

Refine messaging and cadences with a thoughtful, human‑centred approach

Ensure the team consistently generates high‑quality discovery calls and early‑stage opportunities

Create a psychologically safe, inclusive environment where people feel supported, heard, and motivated

Bring organisation, clarity, and calm to lead flow, pipeline processes, and daily execution

Partner with leadership to shape scalable outbound playbooks for a growing SaaS business
What You Bring
-
3+ years in SaaS sales/business development, including 1+ year in a sales / business development leadership or team‑lead role

Experience in a high‑growth or early‑stage startup (<100 employees)

Strong outbound expertise across tools, sequencing, cold calling, and pipeline creation
