Key Duties
- Making outbound reminder calls to customers prior to month‑end
- Working through a provided customer call list
- Updating payment notes and statuses in the system
- Basic accounts receivable and payment tracking
- Simple in‑house accounting system (training provided)
- Minimal navigation — easy to learn
- Previous Accounts Receivable or collections experience
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Reliable and able to start immediately
- Comfortable working independently
- Short‑term assignment with immediate start
