Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer who has ideally worked in project environments within the civil and construction industry. A great opportunity to get involved with some government projects and providing overall support to a busy project management team.

Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer who has ideally worked in project environments within the civil and construction industry. A great opportunity to get involved with some government projects and providing overall support to a busy project management team.
About the role
- Project management plans
- Updating project systems and records
- Reporting and documentation processes
- Quality assurance
- Project communications with key stakeholders and the project team
- Any other administration duties as required including general communications, email management and meeting coordination.
About You
- You will have previous experience working in a project environment - ideally within civil and construction
- You will have previous experience working on government projects, local, state or federal
- You will have previous experience of using project management systems such as SAP, P6, CivilPro
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills using the Microsoft Office Applications (word, excel, outlook, teams)
- You will be flexible and adaptable to working in a fast-paced project environment
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
Benefits

- Temporary casual assignment through to 17 December 2026, with potential for further extension
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday
