About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will provide practical, high-quality generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice across employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace matters.
- Supporting managers to navigate ER matters confidently and compliantly.
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Supporting performance reviews, learning and development initiatives and WHS activities.
- Maintaining accurate employment documentation, HR records and HRIS data.
- Supporting compliance with the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and relevant Modern Awards.
- Contributing to HRIS implementation, policy development, organisational design and process improvement.
- Supporting broader People & Culture and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
About You
You are an approachable and commercially minded HR generalist who builds trusted relationships and provides pragmatic, considered advice.
You will bring:
- Generalist HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced or growing organisation.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices and relevant industrial instruments.
- Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment and the employee lifecycle.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and judgement.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage changing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
