Requirements

• 
  Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 
  8+ years of progressive experience in budget preparation, administration, and financial control within a multi-unit environment.
• 
  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the proven ability to quickly master new software applications.
• 
  Demonstrated track record of delivering financial analytical support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred

• 
  Prior retail industry experience.
• 
  Executive-level communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering strategic insights to senior leadership.

Position Summary
The Financial Analyst/Manager of Operational Finance provides critical analytical support to drive cost-effective operational performance and influence senior leadership decision-making. Operating within a fast-paced, multi-unit retail environment, this position owns the development and allocation of monthly store-level sales, labor, and controllable expense plans. By continually evaluating performance trends across store-specific metrics, this role produces actionable insights that directly impact operational forecasts and strategic direction.
