What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of proven experience in technical program management, successfully delivering complex, organization-wide engineering programs.
• Strong understanding of full SDLC management for multi-team software projects, including large-scale platforms, infrastructure, or product initiatives.
• Robust technical foundation with the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions, assess system design trade-offs, and evaluate technical risks.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels and translate technical details into strategic business insights.
• Hands-on experience building or refining program management frameworks, processes, and tools.
• Skilled at managing ambiguity, making decisions under pressure, and aligning multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including agentic models and AI chatbots, with experience using AI tools for technical decision-making.
• Technical expertise in wireless technologies (4G/5G/Multi-WAN), networking protocols (UDP/TCP, NAT traversal, network security), and data pipelines involving Kafka, Protobuf, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Nice to Have:

• Background in infrastructure, platform, or product engineering within a software organization.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and distributed systems.
• Certifications like PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum.
• Prior experience as a software engineer or in a technical role.
• Advanced problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience managing and executing multi-phased programs at a senior level, with a track record of impactful delivery in fast-paced environments.

Additional Requirements:

• Location: Foster City, CA, with the role being onsite.
• Duration: 6 months with potential for extension.
• Employment Type: W2 only.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, managing multiple priorities and dependencies.
• Prior knowledge or experience with AI systems and wireless networking technologies is highly desirable.
