Marketing Performance Specialist (Temp)

ASAP Start - until 23rd October (around 6 weeks)

Salary: $55-$70ph

Location: Sydney, CBD

We are currently working with a fabulous organisation who are looking for a marketing performance specialist to join the team and help with the busy workload!

Key responsibilities

  • Build, test, schedule and deploy marketing emails, newsletters and event communications in Marketo.
  • Manage email workflows, audience segmentation and personalisation across campaigns.
  • Coordinate email content, creative assets, links and stakeholder approvals ahead of deployment.
  • Monitor and report on email performance, including delivery, open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
  • Support integrated campaigns across email, social media and the website, including scheduling social content.
  • Provide critical email delivery coverage during a scheduled leave period later in the assignment.

Ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce or communications.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using Marketo (essential).
  • 2 to 4 years' experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing best practice, segmentation, personalisation and performance reporting.
  • Exposure to GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, paid or social platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite), SEO principles or Asana is highly regarded.
