We are seeking an experienced and driven High-Rise Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of landmark multi-storey residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing construction business with a strong pipeline of high-rise projects and a reputation for quality, safety, and innovation.
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for project planning, delivery, financial performance, stakeholder management, and team leadership from commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of high-rise construction projects valued at $50M+.
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead project teams including Site Managers, Engineers, Contract Administrators, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage client relationships and provide regular project reporting.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Drive a strong safety culture across all project activities.
- Coordinate project handover and defect management processes.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale high-rise construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $50M–$200M+.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
- Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Australian building regulations and WHS legislation.
