Site Manager - Contract

We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers / Site Supervisors for upcoming contract opportunities across the commercial fit-out and refurbishment space.

We are looking for Site Managers who are confident running projects from mobilisation through to completion and can effectively coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers while maintaining strong standards across safety, quality and programme.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day site operations across commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site labour.
• Manage programme, sequencing and site logistics.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and maintain strong WHS standards.
• Monitor quality, defects and project documentation.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, plans and specifications.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain high standards of site presentation and housekeeping.
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
• Drive projects through to practical completion and handover.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor within commercial fit-out/refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the site.
• Strong understanding of WHS, QA and project documentation.
• Trade background is highly regarded.
• Relevant tickets and licences advantageous.
