Responsibilities:
- Handling high volumes of inbound calls from residents and the general public.
- Responding to enquiries regarding council services, rates, waste collection, parking and community facilities.
- Logging and updating customer requests, complaints and service enquiries in council systems.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalating complex enquiries or issues to the relevant council departments for further assistance.
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an customer service support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
