Staffing Recruiter

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Staffing Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting talented candidates with the right opportunities. In this role, you’ll support our staffing operations by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for available positions.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.

• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide timely, effective solutions.

• Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure required documentation and compliance processes are completed.

• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting and placement process.

• Support day-to-day branch operations and staffing initiatives.

• Help ensure successful placements and contribute to candidate retention.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of staffing or recruiting experience.

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.

• Previous experience working in a staffing agency environment is required. Experience limited to in-house/corporate recruiting or talent acquisition does not meet this requirement.

• Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing is preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience using ATS and/or CRM systems is required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Flexible and willing to work varying hours and days based on business needs.
