About the role:
You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations, including team leadership, coaching and development, sales performance, customer experience, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong people leader who can create a positive team culture while driving commercial outcomes and delivering a premium customer experience.

Must reside in New Zealand with valid working rights to be considered for this role.
- $75k per annum salary + Kiwisaver

- Experience within premium retail, jewellery, fashion, or customer-led environments advantageous
