The ideal candidate will support frontline casework by engaging survivors, communities, and partners, including identifying cases, conducting interviews, documenting information, and coordinating referrals with relevant stakeholders.

- Conduct fieldwork including survivor and witness interviews, community engagement, and case identification activities.
- Apply trauma-informed and survivor-centered approaches, ensuring safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Gather, assess, and document case information accurately to support investigations and interventions.
- Coordinate referrals of identified cases to internal teams, law enforcement agencies, and relevant NGO or community partners.
- Act as a liaison between survivors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-up actions.
- Track case progress and ensure continuity through clear documentation and handovers.
- Identify patterns, trends, and gaps from casework and field observations and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Support investigative processes through information sharing, coordination, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing case summaries, intelligence notes, and learning materials.
- Collaborate with NGOs, community actors, and relevant authorities to strengthen case identification and response mechanisms.
- Support coordination of meetings, trainings, and joint initiatives.
- Assist in awareness and capacity-building activities related to trafficking and survivor engagement.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case documentation and records.
- Update case tracking systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Contribute to internal reporting, reviews, and continuous improvement processes.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with safeguarding policies, ethical standards, and security protocols.
- Exercise sound judgement and risk awareness in fieldwork and case handling.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Law, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in casework, investigations, community engagement, or victim support.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, trafficking survivors, or migrant communities is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with local context, including labour migration or justice systems, is an advantage.
