We are seeking a highly organised Executive Officer to the CEO to join a leading Tasmanian organisation on a fixed-term contract assignment. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting executive operations, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and organisational priorities.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Executive support to the CEO, including diary, meetings and travel coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, board papers and briefing materials
  • Coordinate Executive and leadership team meetings
  • Track actions, priorities and key organisational initiatives
  • Support governance, board and committee administration
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
About You
  • Experienced Executive Assistant, Executive Officer or senior administrator
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders, boards and stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
