Campaspe Port Enterprise is responsible for the management and development of the Port of Echuca, a unique precinct that brings together heritage assets, river-based tourism, commercial tenancies, public spaces and visitor experiences of regional significance.
The appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer comes at an important time for the organisation. With strong foundations in place and continued demand for authentic, experience-led regional tourism, the Port is well positioned to strengthen its role as a leading destination and economic driver for the Campaspe region.
Working closely with the Board, Campaspe Shire Council, government, industry and community partners, the CEO will set a clear strategic direction, strengthen commercial performance and support the continued maturation of the organisation. Key priorities will include growing visitation, improving revenue and asset yield, activating the precinct, building strategic partnerships and ensuring the responsible stewardship of the Port’s heritage, maritime and physical assets.
