EMEA Recruitment is excited to exclusively partner with a fast-growing, international organization to appoint a HR Business Partner.
Due to expansion across Europe, they are strengthening the People team with the addition of a Human Resources Business Partner aligned to HQ and Retail.
In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across HQ and Retail, shaping the people strategy and supporting their journey into new European markets.

Key responsibilities of HR Business Partner:
- Partner with leaders across HQ and Retail
- Play an active role in organizational growth, change initiatives, and workforce planning
- Lead and support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Contribute to the development of scalable HR practices as they expand into new European markets
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related topics
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure a strong and consistent employee experience
- Coach and support Junior HR Business Partners working with our Retail organization
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a retail, consumer goods, or similar people-driven industries
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
- Confident working across different populations (HQ & Retail)
- Fluent in English; Dutch highly desirable. Other European languages are a plus
- Interest in learning, growth, and international collaboration
