EMEA Recruitment is searching for a Global Insights Manager to join a fast-growing, internationally recognized FMCG company, headquartered near Zug.
This role offers the chance to drive consumer understanding across continents while shaping the direction of some of the world’s most dynamic brands in a leading B2C business.
This role will suit a dynamic leader. With one report and a true global scope, you will lead multiple insights projects across several continents, including direct responsibility for the US.
You will enhance premium category exposure, influencing strategy in a high-growth sector where global consumer trends and cultural nuances play a critical role

Candidate profile:
- Proven track record delivering insights across at least 3-4 key markets (US experience is a must)
- Background in FMCG, consumer goods, food, or beverages, with a passion for understanding consumers globally
- 5–6 years’ experience in insights, market research, or strategy roles, with strong leadership potential
- An agile, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
